When the word safety comes up many of us tune out. We tend to have a perception that we already make safe decisions. A routine is created and we become comfortable with believing the decisions we make are safe. We often forget that it requires proactive adjustments.
Safety exists in all aspects of our daily lives. From your commute to work and the road rage that develops when the person in front of you decides to dawdle, to the employee you see improperly using a ladder at work. Each reaction we make to a situation can impact how safe the environment around us becomes.

Being aware of safety is crucial when it comes to a jobsite. On-going safety is key in having zero workplace injuries. To assist AGC members with their safety efforts the AGC Safe Site Program was created. This program gives members the opportunity to have
on-site safety services from professional safety experts.
As a participant in the AGC Safe Site Program, you receive a banner acknowledging participation for your jobsite, field assessments/audits, review of OSHA logs and inspection records, company safety and health program review and on-site safety training. This program is also recognized by OSHA and meets or exceeds OSHA requirements.
By partnering with AGC's team of safety professionals a company is able to show each employee on a jobsite that safety is a top priority. We encourage you to look through the AGC Safe Site Program brochure below. Join us in Building a Safer Nevada and step outside the box to be proactive with making safe decisions.
